Joie de Vivre mourns the passing of Keith Davies Jones. An accomplished musician and composer, Keith lent his singing chops to the tenor section of the choir. He also played an important role in the transition of this choir when it moved from the University of Manitoba Preparatory Studies, Desautels Faculty of Music to become the community choir it is today. His service as Treasurer of the Executive Committee from 2014 to 2020 helped the choir to become soundly established. Keith died on February 13. We extend our condolences to his family and his large community of friends and associates across his life, including the Welsh, the music and the medical communities. |
